How do I know which skin type I have?
Wash with a gentle cleanser, wait an hour and do nothing. Tight and flaky is dry, shiny all over is oily, shiny on the nose and forehead only is combination. Redness or stinging from most products means sensitive — start with the lotion and the Brightening Serum, and leave acids for later.
In what order do I apply the products?
Night: cleanse, Glycolic Acid Toner, serum, CeraSoft Lotion. Morning: cleanse, serum, CeraSoft Lotion, then Ze-TAN Tinted Sunblock SPF 60. Use the toner once daily, preferably at night — exfoliating acids and sun are a poor pairing.
Can I use the Brightening and Anti-Acne serums together?
Yes — use them at different times rather than layering them. The Anti-Acne Serum goes on every morning before moisturizer and sunscreen; use the Brightening Serum at night. Do a patch test before using any new product on your full face.
How long before I see results?
It varies from person to person. Use each product consistently as directed, and wear sunscreen every day — that is what makes the difference.
Is SPF 20 in the lotion enough on its own?
No. The UV filters in CeraSoft give light sun protection only. During the day, an additional broad-spectrum sunblock of SPF 40 or higher is strongly recommended — such as Ze-TAN Tinted Sunblock SPF 60.
What if a product irritates my skin?
Stop, go back to cleanser and lotion only for a week, then reintroduce every third night. Patch test on the jaw first. Message us with a photo and we will tell you honestly whether to continue.
How fast is delivery, and can I pay cash?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and arrive in 2–4 working days nationwide. You can pay cash on delivery (a Rs 200 delivery charge applies), or pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account and get free delivery.
Can I return something I opened?
Unopened items can be returned within seven days. If an opened product reacted badly with your skin, contact us anyway — we handle those case by case.
